These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by CMG Media (“CMG”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “the Client”).
By booking services through our website, via email, or by accepting a quotation or other written agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions & Interpretation
“Services” means any photography, videography, drone operations, editing, post-production, or related creative services provided by CMG Media.
“Deliverables” means the final agreed media supplied to the Client.
“Booking” means a confirmed engagement accepted by CMG Media in writing via email, through the CMG Media website, or by written agreement.
2. Scope of Services
CMG Media provides professional creative services including, but not limited to:

• Drone videography and photography

• Ground-based videography and photography

• Editing and post-production

• Promotional, commercial, corporate, and private commissions

The exact scope of Services, Deliverables, pricing, and timescales will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.
3. Bookings & Acceptance
A Booking is deemed confirmed once accepted by CMG Media in writing via email, through the CMG Media website, or by written agreement.
Verbal discussions or enquiries are non-binding until confirmed in writing.
CMG Media reserves the right to decline a Booking at its discretion.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in GBP and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required upfront, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
CMG Media reserves the right to withhold delivery of any Deliverables until payment has been received in full.
Late payments may incur reasonable administrative charges.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Client cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot may be non-refundable.
CMG Media may, at its discretion, offer rescheduling subject to availability.
6. Weather, Safety & Force Majeure – Drone & Outdoor Work
Drone operations and outdoor filming are subject to weather conditions, safety considerations, and legal restrictions.
CMG Media will not operate drones in unsafe or non-compliant conditions.
If weather or safety conditions prevent filming, CMG Media will work with the Client to reschedule where possible.
CMG Media shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control.
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the Services

• Obtain all necessary permissions, consents, and access rights

• Ensure filming locations are lawful, accessible, and safe

• Not pressure CMG Media to operate unsafely or unlawfully

8. Copyright & Usage Rights
All copyright remains the property of CMG Media, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, the Client is granted a licence to use the Deliverables for the agreed purposes.
CMG Media retains the right to use footage and images for portfolio, marketing, promotional, and social media purposes, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
9. Delivery Times & Revisions
Delivery timescales will be agreed in advance and are estimates, not guarantees.
Minor revisions may be included where agreed.
Extensive revisions or scope changes may incur additional charges.
CMG Media is not responsible for delays caused by late Client feedback or materials.
10. Liability & Insurance
CMG Media holds appropriate public liability and drone insurance where applicable.
CMG Media’s liability is limited to the total value of the Services provided.
CMG Media shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Data Protection & GDPR
CMG Media processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and all applicable data protection legislation.
CMG Media will never sell personal data and will never share or disclose personal data to third parties, except where required by law or for legitimate business purposes directly related to the delivery of the Services.
Personal data will be used solely for lawful, transparent, and necessary business purposes.
CMG Media implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

12. Termination
Either party may terminate a Booking if the other materially breaches these Terms.
Any work completed up to termination remains payable.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
